Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our classes are tailored to suit all fitness levels. Our certified Pilates instructor will guide you through each movement, providing personalized attention to ensure proper form and technique. Each session incorporates a variety of exercises that challenge your body and mind, promoting better posture and balance. Strengthen and tone muscles, improve flexibility and range of motion, enhance core stability and posture reduce stress and promote relaxation.

Pelvic Floor and Deep Core is an all-female group class that will exercise the whole body. Clients seek relief from pelvic floor dysfunction which can include: Urinary Incontinence, Pelvic Organ Prolapse, Sexual Discomfort due to Pelvic Girdle Pain and Chronic cough. We use biomechanical strategies for activating abdominals, pelvic floor, and the diaphragm. This includes breathwork, alignment, movement, and relaxation techniques.
